•Purchase any two-product to avail of the free reactivation.
•The reactivating associate must email phsupport@max.com for his/her intent to reactivate. Include the latest contact number for verification. A written letter with a photocopy of government identification is allowed.
•Promo period: August 1-31, 2022

B. Associate Reactivation Promotion
